Check your order status and follow your delivery using the links sent with your order.

1. Open your order-status link

Find your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email from Arete by TRG and tap the order-status link, often labeled “View your order.” Your personal order-status page shows the latest information available for your order.

2. Follow your carrier tracking link

If tracking has been added, tap the tracking number or carrier link in your shipping confirmation email or on your order-status page. You can also copy the tracking number and enter it on the carrier’s tracking website.

Can’t find tracking?

Check your spam or promotions folder for your confirmation email. If no tracking number appears, tracking may not have been added or may not be available for your shipment. Contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can help.
