Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS
UPS

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers, but most typically do. 

Shipping Rates

We offer flat shipping rates for three different classes which are economy, standard, and priority.    Before the final checkout page you will be able to choose the best delivery option for you.  Please note that although we provide estimates for your package arrival, these are not guarantees.  Based on your shipping selection, we choose the carrier which will get the package to you the fastest. You will have a chance to not place your order should you decide that neither of the shipping options work.  

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
